Why arent you guys uploading the icon package "Plain Truth 2" (Skin no. 148)? It is one of the best iconpackages in the whole contest.

I have emailed the author regarding Plain Truth/Plain Truth 2 and am awaiting a response. Issues of skin moderation are between contest admins and individual skinners.
